Guns don't kill people, they save people. Why do we take greater offense at the government seizing our guns than their taking our children? We have entered into an age where the government truly believes they own our children and we are apparently ok with that.
Politicians are always talking about "balancing." They want to balance our Rights with their need for security. They want to balance our Rights with their need for prosperity. Why is it that its always our RIGHTS that get the compromise in favor of their power?
I am not happy and today you will hear why. When politicians refuse to listen to the people, it is our RIGHT to air our grievances. And if their staff won't speak to me personally...then I will speak to them publicly. Isn't it about time we start getting a little bit upset?
Listen to Paul Ryan's own words describing how our House of Representatives is not equal representation but totalitarian rule, and he's cool with that. Meanwhile, the DOJ is accumulating more power and carving out a NEW exception to our Right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.
Determining whether those in government are doing the right or wrong thing, requires a fundamental understanding of the Constitution and a jealous attachment to Liberty that will allow us to correct them when they are wrong and support them when they are right.
